Today,during the IPO World Congress 2026 in Budva, Rector of Beopolis University Prof. Dr. Vladimir Tomašević and Prof. Dr. Ilija Životić presented a book authored by Prof. Dr. Vladić Ristić, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, to Capt. Alexandre Rodde, one of the conference panellists and an internationally recognised expert in terrorism, mass-casualty incidents, emergency response and crisis management.
Capt. Alexandre Rodde serves as a Captain in the Operational Reserve of the French National Gendarmerie and is a security consultant, terrorism and mass-casualty incident analyst, and expert for the Versailles Fire Department. His professional work includes training tactical units in France and the United States in counter-terrorism, active-attacker response and crisis management.
The presentation of Prof. Dr. Ristić’s book represents an opportunity to further promote the academic work of Beopolis University within an international professional environment and to encourage the exchange of knowledge between academic institutions and practitioners in the fields of security, emergency response and crisis management.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to strengthen professional and academic connections between Beopolis University and international experts participating in the IPO World Congress, supporting the University's commitment to international cooperation, knowledge exchange and interdisciplinary education.
