Learning Beyond the Classroom: First-Year Students Visit Ada Mall

As part of the Fundamentals of Management course, 10 first-year students who formed a group took part in a practical class at Ada Mall, accompanied by Professor Vladimir Tomašević, PhD, and Professor Ilija Životić, PhD.

The visit provided students with an opportunity to explore a contemporary business environment and gain a better understanding of how management principles are applied in practice. By experiencing a real-world commercial setting, students were able to connect the theoretical knowledge acquired in the classroom with practical examples from the business world.

Practical classes are an essential part of the learning experience, enabling students to develop analytical thinking, gain a deeper understanding of business processes, and become familiar with the challenges organizations face in their day-to-day operations.

Such activities also highlight the importance of strong partnerships between educational institutions and the business community. By bridging academic knowledge and real-world business practice, the Faculty is committed to providing relevant, contemporary education and preparing students for the challenges and opportunities of their future professional careers.
