YOUR PROFILE

• You are fluent in German and English;
• In Sales, it’s all about results. We need a strongly goal orientated person;
• The customer is always right. You will need to be able to speak in a friendly way to your customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them;
• You will need Charisma to establish a good relationship with your customer;
• Sometimes the pressure can be high – you will need to be able to handle it.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establishing positive business communication with your customers over the phone – HOT leads provided!!!
• Selling services using solid arguments and sales strategies;
• Understanding clients’ needs and resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction;
• Working as a team player;
• Challenging yourself to meet and exceed your monthly target;
• Being a valuable part of our team.
