THAT WE TEAM TO RESOLVE THE CLIMATE AND THE CHALLENGES OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN BELGRADE!

Climathon – the world’s largest collective climate action – gathers thousands of people annually in 145+ cities and 55+ countries across continents, with a media reach of 300+ million people. It is realized through a hackathon (creative workshops and lectures) during which teams of students, entrepreneurs, startups, business leaders and policy makers compete in addressing Belgrade’s climate challenges. The best teams receive valuable rewards and the opportunity to put their ideas into practice – for our city.

The event is open to all teams and individuals – with a desire or knowledge or existing ideas.

You will solve one of 2 challenges: 1) “Urban thermal islands in Belgrade” and 2) “Solid municipal waste and environmental awareness of citizens”. You will develop collective innovation and creativity. Through internet,the award-winning e-game Play Sustainability and internactivity, the Remaking Tesla Education Forum, supported by the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications, will further your development in sustainable development.

Through a 2-day journey from challenge to solution, you will gain experience from academics and practice professionals.
