Dr Vladimir Tokalić Ceremonially Received a Sabre at the National Assembly

Dr Vladimir Tokalić, Lieutenant Colonel of the Serbian Armed Forces, was ceremonially presented with a sabre today at the National Assembly Hall, as part of the 68th class of General Staff Advancement at the School of National Defense, with a focus on military diplomacy.
