One-Year Scholarship for Postgraduate Studies in Bavaria
Postgraduate studies abroad can complement and enhance qualifications acquired during undergraduate studies, while also making an important contribution to personal development.
The Free State of Bavaria awards one-year scholarships to higher education institution graduates from Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, and Ukraine who have chosen to pursue postgraduate studies in Bavaria.
Funding is available for postgraduate studies, research stays and PhDs at state and state-funded higher education institutions in Bavaria. Most importantly, you need to make it clear in your application that your postgraduate studies have a meaningful connection to your undergraduate degree and that it will bring you closer to your professional goals.
The aim of the one-year scholarship program is to promote academic cooperation and student exchange between Bavaria and Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe.
