PRE-OPENING OF THE MARINA ABRAMOVIC EXHIBIT FOR SPECIAL GUESTS

The retrospective exhibition Cleaner of Marina Abramovic pre-opening for special guests was held at the Museum of Contemporary Art Belgrade on Friday, September 20th.

The event was attended by a large number of guests, and the performance under the title Artist’s Manifesto was also attended by students of the Belgrade Dance Institute selected to perform the performative exhibition Marina Abramović – Čistač: Katarina Bućić, Nikola Pavlović, Ana Obradović, Tijana Koprivica, Nina Pantović and Nikola Korać.

This event was also attended by the professors of the School of Engineering Management, from the Chair of Creative Industries department and the professors of the Belgrade Dance Institute, as the organizational unit of the School, Prof. Dr. Snežana Arnautović Stjepanović and Prof. Aleksandar Ilić. With Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabić,  they exchanged the views on the importance of performance and the development of education in the field of dance in Serbia.
