Centre for Career Development – Activities

Individual counseling regarding career development includes individual knowledge, skills and abilities assessment, creating career development plans, assistance in Curriculum Vitae and Cover Letter writing, job interview simulation and other forms of counseling, based on modern tendencies in this field.

Group workshops include work in small groups with up to ten students on the subject of Curriculum Vitae and Cover Letter writing, communications, team work, presentation skills and other subjects that are important for students’ career development.

On behalf of important domestic and foreign organizations, our internationally acclaimed guest lecturers present the human resources management policies and practices, the latest innovations in the field of engineering management and other fields important to students. Successful professionals are also presenting their fields of work.

Centre assists in student selection for the internship, which is organized in the fourth year and is included in the academic program. The Centre also organizes other internships.

The Centre organizes projects for further knowledge and skills development of our students

The Centre develops student database with the information on student education, skills, knowledge and abilities, work experience for career development and selection for internships.

The Centre develops jobs database with opportunities suitable for students including job descriptions and specifications.

The Centre develops electronic textbooks and handbooks on important topics for students on career development and human resources management.

The Centre issues Electronic Career Magazine with motivational stories on successful professionals, companies and students. The first issue will be published on October 1, 2019
