The International Scientific-Professional Conference “Artificial Intelligence and Security in the 21st Century”

The International Scientific-Professional Conference on “Artificial Intelligence and Security in the 21st Century” has been held on November 19, 2025 at the Belgrade School of Engineering Management.

The Conference brought together leading researchers, academics, and practitioners from 16 countries including Spain, Serbia, UAE, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Turkey, Belgium, Lithuania, Trinidad and Tobago, France, Russia, Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Cyprus, and Slovakia, it was organized in a hybrid format (participation live and online via ZOOM), and 40 research presentations  were featured within thematic panels that covered:

• AI Regulation and Ethics – Legal frameworks, data protection, and ethical considerations
• Military and Defense Applications – AI in modern warfare and defense systems
• Cybersecurity Threats – Emerging AI-powered attacks and defensive strategies
• Critical Infrastructure Protection – Securing essential services against AI-enabled threats
• Healthcare and Social Impact – AI applications in medicine and society
• Education and Workforce Development – Preparing for AI-driven transformation
• Smart Cities and IoT – Urban security in connected environments
• Data Privacy and Governance – Protecting personal information in the AI era
