The tech industry is doing a well-documented terrible job of attracting women into engineering. And once they enter this male-dominated world, some women are subject to some appalling sexism and sexual harassment.

According to Business Insider, Peggy Johnson is number one. She is executive vice president, Business Development at Microsoft.
She and her team were key in the company’s enormous $26 billion acquisition of LinkedIn.
Last year she helped the company establish an artificial intelligence center in Montreal.
