Prof. Dr. Sunčica Vještica in the Public Debate for the Development of the Regional Plan with Strategic Impact Assessment and Justification Study of the Regional Waste Management Plan

The Public Debate for the Development of the Regional Plan for the cities of Užice and Čačak and the municipalities of Ivanjica, Požega, Bajina Bašta, Lučani, Arilje, Čajetina and Kosjerić, with a Strategic Assessment of the Impact of the Regional Plan and a Study of the Justification of the Regional Waste Management Plan, was held on September 17, 2024. in Užice, in the City Hall.

Interested citizens were addressed by the Project Manager Prof. Dr. Sunčica Vještica with her colleagues, Mr. Rajko Radosavljević, Deputy Mayor of Užice and Ms. Tanja Knežević, Executive Director of the Technical Sector. By fulfilling the legal basis in the waste management system, the Regional Plan should represent the basis for the improvement of the regional concept of optimizing communal quantities and reducing negative impacts on environmental aspects.
