SLAM – International Graduate Program
SLAM is a two-year international career path aimed at advanced graduates from any academic field, who want to start a professional journey in one of the leading banking groups in Europe, in a dynamic and growing organization.
Selected candidates will join the Intesa Sanpaolo Group on a permanent contract and participate in a well-structured 24-month program that includes a competitive entry position, individually tailored rotations through key strategic areas and a dedicated mentor.
In addition, they will benefit from exclusive training developed in collaboration with a leading international Business School, designed to strengthen their skills and support their professional development.
The selection process is structured in several steps, which will take place remotely via digital channels, culminating in the Competition Day in Milan on May 18.
The selected candidates are expected to join the company from approximately July 2026.
The application period will be open from February 24 to March 17.
Eligibility criteria for candidates are as follows:
Master’s degree in any field, obtained no earlier than January 2024;
High GPA;
Fluency in English (at least level B2 according to CEFR);
Availability from the end of the first semester of 2026.
