Admission
Graduate Studies admissions and admissions periods
The Graduate programs last for twelve months and there are two admission periods:
- Spring/Summer – the courses start on November 1 each academic year;
- Fall/Winter – the courses start on February 1 each academic year.
Admission Documents
Accepted candidates submit following documents:
- Copy of Birth certificate;
- Copy of Passport;
- Undergraduate or equivalent diploma(s) and or certificate(s);
- At least one academic or professional recommendation;
- Tuition payment receipt.
International students
International students need to apply for a Visa at the local Serbian Embassy. The School will issue an invitation letter and letter of confirmation of enrollment once the admissions procedure is complete and all of the financial obligations of the candidate are deemed as satisfied. The School of Engineering Management does not and will not act as a sponsor or guarantor for any Visa applicants.

Fees for students from Asia-Pacific region are 4,000.00 EURO per term. Fees cover tuition fees, administration costs, first transportation from the airport to student accommodation, entrance Visa fee for Serbia, local insurance fee and student accommodation for 3 months.
