CIBEK 2021 conference

Today, at the School of Engineering Management, after last year’s break, the third scientific-professional conference Circular and Bioeconomics – CIBEK 2021 is being held.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the conference is being held online in the hope that the next conference will be held in the usual circumstances for a scientific conference where scientists and professionals will have the opportunity to formally and informally exchange knowledge and experiences related to issues of circular and bioeconomics.

The introductory word was given by Prof. Dr. Vladimir Tomašević, Dean of the School of Engineering Management, who wished the participants a successful conference.

The conference began with the invitation of lecturers from Portugal, Spain, Jordan, Austria, Croatia,and Serbia.

Entries that have passed the review will be published in the Proceedings, edited by Prof. Dr. Brankica Pažun.

The conference anchor is Olga Mašić, a fourth-year student at the School of Engineering Management, who is engaged in research in the field of industrial hemp production in order to preserve the environment.
