The Sixth „COKE SUMMERSHIP”Summer Practice Enrollment

Coca-Cola HBC Serbia invites third and fourth year students, graduates, master students, as well as all those who have graduated in the past two years to apply for the 6th Coke Summership Summer Practice programme.
So far, over 150 participants have participated in the programme, and more than 50 of them have been employed by the company.
The programme of practice gives students the opportunity to gain first work experience, and through work with mentors, education, training and acquaintance of the functioning of a large business system, they successfully start a business career and improve theoretically acquired knowledge from their faculties.
During the six-week program, students will have the opportunity to improve their leadership abilities, business communication and efficient time management, project management skills, and presentation skills. On a weekly basis, participants will have the opportunity to gain experience through four days of work on a concrete project with a mentor, and will also have one day of interactive lectures in which lecturers are top managers of the company, as well as experts from business organizations with whom the company cooperates.
All students who complete the programme receive a certificate of completed practice, and they also enter into the database for potential employees of Coca-Cola HBC Serbia.
