Eighth Youth2Business

BOS is announcing the Eighth Youth2Business event entitled “Career Development in the Age of Pandemic” within the only multicongress in Serbia – Serbian Visions will be held on Tuesday, February 2 at 8 pm via the ZOOM platform.

The Youth2Business event aims to bring together young people and representatives of the business sector by giving them the opportunity to connect, learn more about the individual experiences of successful people and successful business ventures in Serbia.

The idea of ​​this year’s Youth2Business event is to talk about how the pandemic affected young people and their careers, but also how it affected the employment of young people in companies, the development of entrepreneurship and freelance jobs. Through the conversation with the participants, the speakers will share their experiences, help them solve their dilemmas and show them how to manage their careers more efficiently in this very uncertain period. The goal of the event is to encourage young people to continue working on developing career management skills, whether they see their career path in a company, startup or freelance community.

We will discuss the career development of young people during the pandemic with:

  • Monika Pejčić, Human Resources Director, Delta Holding;
  • Bojana Jevtović, Project Manager and Career Advisor, Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation;
  • Lazar Lekić, Project Coordinator, Association of Young Businessmen of Serbia;
  • Janko Glavonjić, Freelance Creative Writer.

The event will take place via the ZOOM platform, and participants and lecturers will be divided into four groups (breakout rooms) and each group has 20 minutes to talk, while lecturers will take turns in the break rooms. This event is intended for students of all years of study who want to ask everything they were interested in when it comes to career development, but did not have the opportunity to ask.

In this way, young people will have the opportunity to talk to speakers who come from different industries and industries, who with their experience and position can contribute the most to their professional development, to exchange experiences, but also to get more information about successful business.
