New edition – Quality Management

New edition of the Faculty of Engineering Management, textbook Quality Management, from Prof. Dr. Srdjan Tomic, is intended for all students who want to apply a quality-oriented modern, innovative, profitable, and responsible way of working, based on the concept of TQM, as well as the study of quality management.

The textbook is divided into nine chapters that deal individually with quality management systems, application, implementation of standards, and quality management in all processes. The terms and definitions found in the textbook are intended to bring students closer to understanding and applying the quality system.

The editor of the publication is Prof. Dr Vladimir Tomašević, and the reviewers of the textbook are Prof. Dr Vladimir Tomašević and Prof. Dr. Slobodan Zivkovic.
