“Središnja pustinja” by professor Miomir Petrović at the Belgrade Book Fair

On Wednesday, October 26, at the Belgrade Book Fair, at the Laguna stand, the signing of the latest novel “Središnja pustinja” (Central Desert) by professor and writer Miomir Petrović took place. This novel, which testifies to the author’s life and university work in the United Arab Emirates, our “expats” in the Emirates, customs and globalist dilemmas of the modern world, will soon see its second edition. The novel “Središnja pustinja” is his twentieth novel and it was selected for the annual award of the Bin Zayed Foundation in the UAE in the competition for novels in a foreign language that talk about the Emirates and the culture of the Arabian Peninsula.
