On the first day of the conference, awards and special commendations were given. The activity of career guidance and counseling “Path to Career” of the Center for Career Development of the School of Engineering Management, which is realized by Olga Mašić, Student Counselor at the Center and Prof. Dr. Tatjana Ilić-Kosanović, director of the Center, won a commendation for including a peer mentor in career guidance and counseling activities. The commendation was received by Olga Masic, a Student Counselor.

On the second day of the conference, the introductory presentation was given by Prof. Dr. Mary McMahon, of the University of Queensland, Australia. She presented the principles of application of the system theory of creating a framework for career development and encouraged career practitioners in the Republic of Serbia to apply and develop its principle.
