Instructions to the Authors

One author may submit up to two papers as the first. The number of co-authors per work can be up to three. At the conference, as an author or co-author, a participant may submit up to two papers.

Conference language

The official languages of the conference are Serbian and English.

Authors can write and present their papers at a conference in Serbian or English. When the oral presentation (presentation of the work, scientific knowledge and research results) is in Serbian, the authors are obliged to prepare and submit the presentation to the organizer in English seven days before the conference. before the conference day.

Papers that do not meet the above criteria will not be considered.

    Registration:

  1. Registration fee for authors who will attend the conference RSD 3000.00,
  2. Registration fee for authors who do not attend the conference RSD 4000.00,
  3. Student registration fee 1000,00 RSD (obligatory attendance),
  4. Registration fee for authors from abroad who exhibit 50 EUR,
  5. Registration fee for authors from abroad who do not exhibit their work.100.EUR

The registration fee includes:

Proceedings, Certificate of participation in an international scientific conference, refreshments during breaks and a formal lunch. Selected papers will be published at the scientific conference, and, following the recommendations of the editorial board of the Faculty of Serbian Journal of Engineering Management, categorized by (JCR) in category M53, published in the same.

Teachers, associates, students of basic, master and doctoral studies from the Faculty of Engineering Management, participants from the institutions of co-organizers of the international conference, as well as institutions with which the Faculty of Engineering Management from Belgrade, as the organizer, has signed contracts on scientific and business cooperation, do not pay registration fee!
