Risk#Experience – IX Project Society Conference 2022

The IX Project Society Conference 2022 entitled “Risk#Experience”, organized by the Project Management Institute (PMI) branch in Serbia, will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Belgrade.

The name of this year’s conference is Risk#Experience and the central theme is precisely the risks, the experiences they have created, as well as the ways, tools and methods used in risk management. Regardless of the branch of industry or project methodology, projects face increasingly challenging risks that, depending on the perception and approach of the project manager, can be a threat, but also an opportunity.
